The point is that their is no way to keep anything off the web. It's not humanly possible. Want to discuss it like an adult my number is on my website.

I noticed you edited a post up there to include that statement. Well, at least you made an effort to stop diversion.

Neon, I had a day spa with 19 employees. Everything from Paul Mitchell to Nexxus and all the others that were to be "salon only" were and still are in every super market and local Rite Aid. I agree it clearly sucks.
It is frustrating for us too. No one can stop it. If I sound short with you thats why.
We don't like it either. He was cut off months ago personally by me. This was brought to my attention by Soo months back. I took care of it immediately. She will verify.
We really do the best we can. You have to understand when you deal internationally it takes only one of thousands to bang it up for others.
We have salons too and work hard like you all do. Diversion will always be present but at least it's a minimal and almost not worth calculating. We see perhaps 2 of 100 clients bringing in web purchased products.

While some try to take a shot at us as we are the fastest growing lotion company in the industry...we must be doing something right. It goes with the territory.
