% of clients using lotion?????

Just asking. What percentage of your customers use salon lotions, what percentage use the WAL pup, what percentage don't use at all??? Just curious,

That's all hard to measure. Just guessing, 80% use our lotions. Maybe 5% use lotions we didn't sell.

I watch LPPA. It's a meaningful measurement.

That is about what we figure in our salon, we still have about 2-3% that will not use lotion. I guess it takes all kinds. I really get a kick when someone is useing the Wall put and they claim they are not getting anything. I slip then something with some kick and wait for reactions.

When I work, 100% use, at least show and take in lotion...when staff are working I'm sure it's less, although they are trained to be at 100%. We do not let anyone touch our acrylics without or with s***. We really don't have much of a prob, we educate clients a lot. It's the newbies who are the pain(sensitive skin, stops the tan etc) If they don't have any they don't touch the acrylic, they can use the stand-up....but they usually buy anyway..

I just pulled this report for our EFT members and less than 10% do not use lotion. I have not pulled it yet for the entire customer base. What type of offer are you going to send the clients who do not use lotion?
