I didn't get a box from Caltan.

So I called today and they told me that their computer showed that my salon had zero beds. Nice.

I have been an expert salon since we opened, but they told me that the computer showed that I had no beds so nothing was being sent to me.

So I was told that I would "probably" get something during the next stage of shipments but they couldn't tell me when.

I'm hurt

Now that is funny Angie. You are a salon but have no beds. What do you do? Put them in a room with a Sky Light!

I had called a month ago prior,to make sure they had me registered.They do,and I still haven't gotten mine.

The data base was merged from several magazines and our own. If you are a tanning salon and did not get your sample kit. Please call Customer Service.

We are preparing for a follow-up mailing.

Angie - i am not sure why you did not get yours, Expert Salons of course would be at the top of the list.

More than 10,000 have been shipped so far, glitches happen.

I want to thank everyone for their very positve feedback on the kit, we are very proud of them too and happy you feel the same way.
