Hate is a very stong word. I understand you are doing your job.... But, if a salon tells you or anyone else NO and do not call again you and your company should respect their "our" wishes. If we really want to try a product, we will contact the company or dist. that carries it. If companies such as yours would start sending out small sample bottles (maybe 2 oz. bottles) to salons for them to try, then maybe those companies would get more orders instead of hang ups and upset salon owners.

I have learn in my own salon that by allowing my customer to sample a product or purchasing a small sample to try, they will then most likely purchase a full size bottle.

I am sure there are products out there that are pretty good, but when you can't sample one, why on earth buy cases of them to risk it being an inferior product and collect dust on the shelves and money lost?

Take these thoughts to your company, maybe they will see the reasoning.

-I never call my customers daily( and the reason i don't take "no" for an answer is because for every "no", i'm closer to a "yes".
-We don't send free product because that doesnt make ANYONE any money.
-The second I talk to my customer who has a problem w/ damaged product i fix it
- And you don't have problems w/ Squeeze sending old product because it does'nt sit around rotting for months(remember, we dont take "no "for an answer
-And if you want to sit around chatting w/ your salesperson all day then you can easily find a sales rep that likes doing that

See you don't listen to salon owners at all. That is why we get so upset and hang up.

Everytime I say NO I mean NO. So if you ever call me and I say NO. Just stop cause you are not going to get a Yes.

A free sample will make you money if the product is as good as you say it is.

If it isn't, then I guess that is where you get the "We don't send free product because that doens't make ANYONE any money"

MITZI, sorry, but if I call you, I will not hang up.
I'll keep going until I get as many "no's" as I want or until you hang up.Just because we don't send out free sample does not mean that Squeeze is not one of the best lines on the market, it means that if you wil absolutely, positive;y. never order unless you get free samples, then fine. I've been selling Squeeze for 4 years, and believe me, there are plenty of REAL business people out there who know how to make a LOT of money while still selling unbeleivable products!

I don't sit around chatting with a sales rep all day, I call them as needed. Once every 3 to 4 weeks they call to chat for a few minutes...

Your arrogant, self serving posts here are great examples of why I only give your company one NO at a time. My time is much more valuable than arguing with the likes of you. Really glad new salon owners are now allowed to view your method in writing.

please calm down guys!! didnt want to argue!! every time ive ever come to the tantalk sight theres always someone complaining about telemarketers. face it, as long as you guys own a tanning salon with a phone in it, your gonna get calls(hey, theres always that little answering machine thing that says "Sorry, this number does not accept calls from telemarketers")well, everybody have a great week and make lots of $!!!!!
