Hi all.. I have been tanning since march now.. I started out with AG's Accelerator and after I got through with that went on to AG's Velocity.. I am now almost through with that bottle and the lady at my salon suggested I use a bronzer.. She gave a few suggestions (Brown Sugar/Ultra Brown Sugar, SB Diamond and Cafe Brown) I was wondering anyone else's opinion on what I should use/ start out with?? I would prefer it to be a non tingle.. Also, do bronzers stain your hands/clothes?? How evenly do they make your skin?? I am unfamilar with bronzers as I have been using straiht lotions so all the help I could get would be greatly appreciated!thanks!

Two great bronzers for you to try if you are using bronzers for the first time are John Abate Int'l Basics Bronzer Tingle-Free or the JA Cote d'azur Chocolait a l'orange. That is also tingle-free and has a great chocolate and orange scent.
You will not be stained from these products as they are true bronzers and do not contain any DHA (self tanner). But, as with any bronzer product, you need to apply it evenly and wash your hands after application (baby wipe, or sanitizing hand wash will do the trick). Why? Because bronzer is like anything else cosmetic. It does "come off". But, our bronzers are all accelerators as well as bronzers and they will give you great color. They also will NOT stain your clothes. |

One of my favorite bronzers with no tingle is BiPolar by Designer Skin. It has a cooling effect and was THE most popular lotion we sold so far this year. It has a nice clean scent that the guys like as well as the ladies.

I would recommend Kava Kava's Blue Wave, a cooling bronzer. This lotion has an amazing texture and good scent with awesome results. If you did not want the cooling effect, I would suggest Sunburst Sorbet by Emerald Bay. I have not tried this lotion but my clients are raving about it, good results and a good price with a great orange scent. Please let us know what you try.
