Greg,

I thought about e-mailing you, but decided instead to post this in a public area. Our salon ordered Ultimate Plateau Buster and Ultimate Results from you earlier in the week. It arrived today and as we were unpacking it, before we had price tags on it... we sold two bottles. In my last two hours, I sold three more and numerous samples. I just wanted to thank you for making such an awesome product!!! Look for us to reorder next week some time. We are so very pleased! Clients who never buy lotion bought a bottle after trying a sample today!

When you reorder remind me to include a free sample of our new Cool Hemp Rays (TM): It is a fantastic new cooling product without bronzers.

It is flying off the shelves for many of my customers!

Hey Greg,
SUR is outselling everything else I have!!We have been sampling it to customers who are using Brand X and asking them to compare. If they don't buy after they use it most have said they will buy for their next lotion. They love how well it moisturizes. And you are right--they buy what we tell them to. Since I am working the salon more this year I have really seen it happen. Also, my girls love the products so they are pushing them too. I am giving them a little more commission on these lotions 'cause I can.
Do you have t-shirts or anything we can wear to promote SUR?

Sorry Pam,
we did a lot of T-shirts when we had the lizard logo but I think I lost money on everyone I sold. At least I tried!

The best promotional material we have is the retail catalog for both Soakin' Up The Rays (R) and Private Label as well as our 4 unique tanners educational posters. Both are free to customers. The idea is not to show some naked girl or guy but to educate tanners on tanning products (All products not just mine) so they will understand why they should be using indoor tanning products.

We keep a copy of the catalog up at the front counter with the pages marked for the lotions we carry. When someone has a question, we whip it out and have instant information.

Oh... we also started showing the lotions from the catalog the week before we ordered to anyone who would listen.

You can have as many of the retail catalogs on the Soakin' Up The Rays (R) products as you want.

They are free to my customers.

Heck, I have at least 10,000 in my warehouse, I want you giving them to customers to take home and read.

If you have so many catalogs send me a few more. The customers love them. They even offer to buy them so they can figure out what they want next time. I have gone through all you sent in my last order. Also, THANK YOU for no naked, sexy, unrealistic bodies. I have never used these posters and never will. My customers thank me for it. they are smart enough to know that no tanning lotion is going to make them look like that and too vain to want to be reminded that they don't look like that...never did & never will. The framed educational posters have replaced beach scene pictures in the rooms and have sparked a lot of conversation and sales. Thanks. I will be ordering again this week.
