Beauty supply and caltan

hey...we are in search of the answer...WHY the BIG GUYZ lie and post NO BEAUTY SUPPLY yet today we recieved the Industry Source catalogue.... and guess who was advertising?? CALTAN.. in colour!!!! JA and SWEDISH BEAUTY.. LIEs.. LIES.. and they even have us wear buttons..... that say NO BEAUTY SUPPLY

Please do your homework. Swedish Beauty has never promised to not be in the Beauty Supply catalogs. Also, JA and CalTan are working on it. These things do not happen overnight. The agreement was that the beauty supply companies would sell of their remaining stock and not carry any of the new products.

I can't believe the use of incorrect english on this page, and from professionals. When a major company says one thing and does another no matter what they say, that is misleading. The small salons suffer. The big boys still want them to use their products and make out like bandits.

Tangirl.. Get a copy of industry source.. ALL THE NEW CAL TAN products are in there.. maybe you need to do your homework doll.
We mentioned swedish beauty..because they were live and in colour.as were the ones who promised NO BEAUTY SUPPLY...Swedish Beauty has never been in Beauty Supply in Florida.
Like I said you'd better do your homework.

Ladies, don't be too critical of each other. The industry has to make money. The major player want to keep the small owners happy, but they have to watch their bottom line. We on the other hand just have to watch our bottoms. The small owner has to protect themselves from the competition and their vendors at the same time.

I've yet to see anything where Swedish Beauty has promised to help anyone other than themselves. CalTan and JA have made a promise. Everytime we find a problem, we present it to them, along with whatever evidence we can find. They are doing everything in their power to resolve these issues.

If Swedish Beauty has pubically made any promises, I have not seen them. I would happily stand corrected if you could point me in the direction of that information. And, I still won't carry their products.

The "beauty supply" that we are referring to are "self serve" beauty stores. Nailco sells to beauty and tanning salons, not to the public like Sally's. I think that is the difference.

I don't believe that anyone ever wanted to exclude beauty salons that have tanning beds or their distributors but rather the ones that sell to customers of tanning salons at a discounted price.

If you dont know Industry Source has 2 different order departments when you call them, they will ask if you are bueaty or tanning and they will put your through to the order dept for the one you need. They also are ask for bed information...This is what they did to me last year.
