Lotion designed with men in mind? IS IT LOTON OR IS IT HAIR GEL?

I find a lot of the lotions sticky.
A good test for lotion is if you can use them on a man that has some hair on his arms and legs and it dosen't mat up like hair gel,YUCK, it will be a seller!
How many lotion manufacturer take this into consideration when making tanning lotion?
