I put black sun in four beds mid-July and my customers love them.

I have picked up many new customers, some from competition because I put in new bulbs. My customers tell me people ask where they are tanning and then these people come see for themselves.

I've had some argue with me that they can stay the full 20 minutes when I recommend that they only stay 10 and no more than 15 their first visit.

A few of the ones that came from competitors got red in just staying 15 minutes.

Black Sun produces results.

So, what's the UVA/UVB mix in these lamps? Do they make any that give you a shorter time than 20 minutes? Are you getting good life out of them? I've got to make a decision come busy season if I need to change to something different!

Thanks!
Ginger

We are currently using Panther 9.5 bulbs in our beds. To anyone that has used Black Sun bulbs, how do they compare to Panhters?

Not..... My clients aren't burning from the Panthers as a matter of fact they are getting better color from the Panthers than the Hawaiian Haze and the Panthers' time is just about done.... The Genesis seem to be working out pretty good too....
We have used Panthers in our salon for at least 4 years and never had a complaint til I tried something else....
And by the way, the my staff difinitely has enough knowledge on how long to tan someone, it's called TRAINING... and if you know your product and equipment then you shouldn't be burning anyone, no matter what kind of bulbs you are using!!

LeBronze,

Black Sun does make a 10 minute lamp. It is not just like the Panther but does give very noticable results is short tanning times. It is called the Black Sun Sting Ray.

The Black Sun Reflex Series can also be used for shorter tanning times if the bed is designed for reflector lamps.

Feel free to visit our web site for some more info, specials, and pricing. Or call me and I will be happy to help.
