My family owns three salons, and all use Suntouch. The software works fine for tanning clients but has a load of gliches in printing reports. In addition the customer service offered by Suntouch is non existant, they do not seem to care one way or another about the satisfaction of their customers. I would advise anyone against Suntouch.

I have been using SunTouch for 1 1/2 years and have only had a few problems. We have upgraded twice. From what I have read other places all of the software programs seem to have their own set of problems. I'll stay with it because it seems like a nightmare to change over.

Wow I have good luck with Suntouch customer service. They have spent alot of time with me trying to resolve a problem we were having,we ended up sending them a copy of our data base and they cleared the problem up.I cant say anything negative about the program-Yet.

I've been using Suntouch for over a year now & I've never even had to call support (knock on wood) I tried several different salon software that was sent to me, & I liked the way Suntouch was set up & the ease of employees learning the basic things.
