We have used Suntouch for about 5 years now and never had any problems. As a matter of fact, the only time I had to call for support was to upgrade Y2K.

We have SUNTOUCH running in two salons and really like the way it is set up. We have found that it is easier to call fellow users and ask questions instead of calling SUNTOUCH directly and paying the fees. If we all try to help each other here, this would be a great place to come with questions.
