I had a customer come in yesterday with some left over caramel spice in a sample cup, saying it had "exploded". I wasn't there, but was told by an employee. Anyway, she showed her the sample cup and the bottom had "exploded". So she took a sample from my display, tapped on the bottom of another CS sample and the bottom kinda blew out! What's up with that? A sample of Zinger did it too. I had never ever heard of such a thing. So I started doing all the samples, ...nothing....weird eh??
