absolutly NO REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS. Never know what they did once they left the salon.I had a customer try exchanging a bottle (said she used one time) so I looked and smelled the lotion, gues what? she had emptied the tanning lotion and put something in it that didn't even compare to the orginal smell and texture... People will try anything.

No refunds. Mine is pointed out at the time of sale and also printed on their receipts too.

Just had this situation happen yesterday. It was a very good customer, so I let her get a store credit for the amount of purchase. It did pee me off though because she bought a sample before she bought it too.
For anyone else, it's no returns. I do offer to sell them something else at 50% off

I had a store owner last week that tried our samples and loved them and then the store owner ordered the product, then the manager got mad that the owner ordered it without her knowing about the order. So the manager said she didn't want our lotion even though the owner tried it and loved it. We still picked up the product and gave the store their money back. It's tough, because you risk upsetting the customer no matter what you do.

No kidding! Anyway, the only product I give a guarantee on is Tanology. If they use less than 30% of the bottle and are not satisified I will give them store credit. The bottle of lotion goes back to RAI. Had this happen once in 1 1/2 years by the way. All other products no guarantees. I recommend Tanology and will stand by that recommendation if they choose something else it is their's.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. This also includes tans. I had a client want a refund on her tanning, because she was pregnant. I informed her that our policy is to allow pre-paid tans to be used within one year of purchase. So she could tan after having her baby.
Lotions, you don't know if they have tampered with it or not. Can you take back a 2 liter of pepsi to the store because you decide that you are going on a diet and now drink diet pepsi? I think not!
All sales are final! No refunds or exchanges. This is posted at our counter, inside each tanning room, the bathroom & on the client cards!
