No I talked to Korey. He was helpful. The biggest problem with PC is the fact that no one ever answers the phone for parts but last week I called to purchase a bed and the CEO called me back in 10 minutes lol

I've been emailing Korri last week and each day this week working on my sunboard. He calls me back ASAP. I'm not the only person having problems sometimes. There's times he's on the phone walking me thru differing troubleshooting senario's and it gets time consuming. I can see why/how...it's hard to get thru to them at times.
