Ergoline Evolution 500 Air Vane Switch? - tanTALK

Hello! This is my first time here. I am receiving an error code on my Ergoline Evolution 500 which is telling me that the Air Vane Switch is off. However, my manual does not show me where the air vane switch is located. Can you help me?

On the left side of he big squirrel cage fan, there is a small wind vane connected to a switch. When the bed starts up, the fan sucks this vain in (on) and the bed continues to operate. It is a safety switch to prevent overheating. Your switch is most likely bad. Hope this helps.

Sometimes if you hit it with a air blast ( PC can ) it will correct the problem temporary. If not those things are inexpensive to buy but can be tricky to install.
