Wiring problems Sunquest Pro 24XLF

I am trying to resurrect a 1992 Sunquest Pro 24XLF. I cannibalized it over the years and removed the relay switch. I have a new switch, but I need a diagram of how the wires are hooked up to the switch. I have not been able to locate a wiring diagram for the bed, and most of the suppliers don't have specs that far back. I'm hoping someone does have a wiring diagram for this bed. If not, it would be helpful if someone with one of these beds would be willing to photograph the wired relay and send me a copy so I could duplicate the set-up. I would be willing to pay a reasonable fee for such consideration. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

Relay are control by the coil, which have to be turn on like a switch, off the relay are the main feeder that will turn on lamp fan HP etc....sound like you are working on a old bed like a old car , rebuilding it from the ground up.

Good luck with that............. Back then ets spec's were not all correct. I spent a week thru trial and error to get one back together.
I really dont think you will find any salon owners that still have any of those beds in thier stores.
They were fire's waiting to happen.

Re: Wiring problems Sunquest Pro 24XLF

I had a couple of these in my salon many years back, and did have some burned wires and overheating of the electrical components. This one is more of a "project" for home use. I know it is good to go if I can just get the relay wired properly. I'm willing to bet someone has one of these either in use or in storage somewhere - they were pretty popular machines. All I need is a visual of the wiring and I can figure it out from there. Kinda skeptical about trial and error - could hurt more than help. :)
