With the buildup you have given this (on behalf of ITA) and the continued delay, it better be huge or ITA will again have lost all credibility.

That really makes no sense. There has been almost no build up. I simply do not want to make the official announcement until the contracts are fully executed. As with almost every business decision the crossing of the T and dotting the i have taken a little longer then expected. Should be any day now.....
