It is important to understand that all natural doesn’t mean it is safe. Mixing herbs and prescription drugs is becoming a big problem because some people view herbs like they would a vitamin. For example St. John’s wart… If someone is on an anti -depressant med and thinks that taking St. john’s wart also will help. It could cause a major issue such as a stroke.
