LMAO.....Tanercising..... Some of the positions you gotta be in sometimes get those tiny crevices tan are a bit of a workout for ya muscles, lol.

I always feel like I'm losing weight because I tend to sweat a lot from my butt and thigh area in the tanning bed. It's mental of course, but I feel like it's working, and that's all that matters.

I do look thinner with a nice tan too, so that helps the whole mental process along.

As for a lotion that provides real results like that, I doubt it. Next time be sure to ask him the name of the product. I think a lot of people would be interested in trying that stuff out!

Obviously, it's not going to rip you... but can't you get like plastic (or woteva) sheets, shaded in places to prevent U.V. going thru, which you place on your stomach whilst on the bed... after tanning will then give the impression of a 6-pack / ab definition...
