Re: What am I doing wrong?

Change your work out. your body has adapted and you need to move it to the next level. When you go to the gym set-up a personal training session. Have them create you a new workout program.

Re: What am I doing wrong?

PC...AWESOME!!!!!! Congrats to you for your weight loss and for maintaining! Keep mixing it up with some of the great ideas (change workout, 3 meals, 3 snacks, shop on the outskirts, etc; ) that was shared. I echo many of them! Maybe on Sunday's pre-package some meals you can take for the week to avoid the frozen meals...I know...who wants to spend Sunday cooking/chopping/slicing/dicing, but a little pre-planning could help...Best of luck and keep it up!

Re: What am I doing wrong?

You can cook your own meals. You just have to do it ahead of time. Cook a few days worth of foods, and pack your meals for the day in a cooler. That way you can take them with you and eat throughout the day. You are going to need to work at least one or two shakes a day in there. Eating solid food 6 or more times a day can be tough for some.

You also need to incorporate resistance training (weight lifting) into your program. Lean body mass burns more calories than fat. So, muscle = good.

Do your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (if your schedule permits) then your weights sometime later in the day.
