If you use it PC let me know how it works. I would love to know if it helps with stress....I think you are right about how it affects people different. I made tire the water pills until then thought. Thanks missyhot!!

I only suggested the water pills because Relacore targets belly fat in their commercials. A lot of belly 'fat' is just retained water and when I take them, my stomache gets very flat especially during those times mother nature visits if you know what I mean. Maybe your experience will be different...........

I used it for 3 months. Didn't do a thing for me. I was even working out. So I stopped the relacore and working oput and now I just do the formostar...lost 10 lbs.
