Rep Power: 0 | OWWW!!! HELP! OW!Everyone wednesday at my school for gym we go to the wieght room for bodybuilding... Well last wednesday i mainly did lower body workouts with weights, but i did pushups, pullups, tuckups, and things like that without the weights... Well it is now Friday and my whole forearm is swollen and i cant even bend it.... The muscles around the crease of my arm are extremely hard and tight... I can only bend my arm at about a 40 degree angle, or it hurts REALLY bad.... This happened to my left arm, And the side of the forearm facing AWAY from me, is swollen from about halfway down, to past my elbow... And i am in shape and work out regularly, but it hurts sooooo **** bad!!!!!! What should i do??? I dont want to go to redimed or the hospital cuz they will just probably bend the muscle straight out, which would hurt like a *****! WHAT SHOULD I DO!?!?! Thanks. |
