life style change.
Ok who is making the leap to a healthy life style in 2006? If you are here’s a little help.
Knowing your BMI is a good start. This is a link to calculate your BMI and Daily caloric intake. http://www.bcm.edu/cnrc/caloriesneed.htm 2005 Food Pyramid Dietary Guidelines http://www.health.gov/dietaryguidelines/dga2005/document/ Don’t for get to set reasonable goals. If you set your goals to high you are setting yourself up to fail. For example a weight loss goal of 15lbs by June is reasonable but 50lbs is not. If you loose more than the 15 lbs that’s a bonus. And you have SUCCEEDED. |

Re: life style change.
I agree... make the jump to a healthier lifestyle... but remember that your healthy lifestyle starts with your state of mind more than anything...
Eliminate the bad influences in your life... go for broke and let it all hang out... quit your job... Or... in the immortal words of Timothy Leary.... Tune In ... Tune Out... Drop out....

Re: life style change.
lol Started mid January watching my fat grams. So far have lost 25 lbs. Stopped soda drinks all together. Still have my CCLs and 2 cups coffee.
Also started taking B-12 injections along with multi vitamins. Dropped 2 sizes in clothes |

Re: life style change.
Americans have a problem with Obsession. That's why they are unhealthy. No such thing as moderation.
If you eat candy bars on anyday other than easter/Halloween then you aren't watching what you eat. The end.

Re: life style change.
Did hurt? Hmmmmm .... define "hurt". There are certainly some penetrations into the human body that are not painful ... but I'm thinking the 'ole "steel into the skin" penetration probably falls into the "painful" category! hehe Some bodily pain is probably "worth the results", though. It's "all relative". One person's "pain" is often another's "pleasure". I wish you all the wisdom to know the difference. -Belvy
