Ok hi every one just wanted to say what a wonderful forum this is I had a few questions I wanna join the football team and I have to loose 10 pounds if i wanted to join I have about a lil more then a month does any one have any suggestions what for me do to do im only 13 can any one tell me a way or anything is it possible does any one know how? thank you for you time

This is a wonderful site. you can get help on how to build a base tan or help with a lotion choice.. There is even great advice on the business end of the tanning industry. This is not the best place to ask about weight loss. You should talk to the experts in that field face to face… a Doctor, a Nutritionist, a Personal Trainer or your coach.

I feel The health and fitness part of this site is a great place to get info on what to look for in a gym , a personal trainer, fitness trends or how the tanning & fitness industries go together. Many of the tanning pros that come to this forum are also in the fitness industry, They maybe personal trainers but they sill would not be able to answer your question HERE there are to many factors involved.

i agree with kay as far as weight loss questions on here...seems the majority of the time you will just end up getting a silly useless answer from a joker.

Try Excercising, no soda pop, no fast food. Lots of yogurt and fresh vegetables and fruit. You are thirteen years old don't worry so much about loosing weight. Instead think about better choices in food. Enjoy yourself your young still, you can loose that weight with a little change in food choices and a little excercise.

start exercising run the track at your school and eat good .heres my question why would you need to loose 10 pounds to play football im sure the coach would like to have some bigger kids on the team to block and such. talk to the coach i doubt very much there is a weight requirement its football not wrestling. start a healthy lifesyle now and youll be better off down the road!
