Boot camp seems to be the in thing right now. I definitely don’t under stand the concept behind the hot yoga. Why would a person want to workout in 100+ degree room? What are the benefits beyond reg. yoga? What about the risk factors as stated?
A fast growing class is Pilates with the fit ball, its fun. We had to do a waiting list for our members. We are toying with the idea of combining some of the most popular classes with nutrition and supplementation education for an 8 week weight loss boot camp. The goal of this camp is to help people create a healthy life style by educating them on nutrition and how the use of supplementation could hurt or help, and the group workout classes will serve 2 purposes… 1. the emotional component…. a sense of belonging and commitment. & 2 the physical component…. exercises. Any thoughts or options? |
