I used to do the Hot yoga classes twice a week, they definetly kicked your butt. I loved it because it is quite similar to when I was training professionally as a ballerina, and any dance class I take is heated. Because your flexibilty is constantly being pushed to greater limits, the heat in the room insures your muscles will not chill and keep em nice and limber. It is definetly not a class you would want to take as a beginner. Yeah you sweat you a$$ off literally I always feel really good when I get out of class, not to mention the sweating assists in detoxing, my skin never looked so great!
