yes I do burst into rashes or allergies when Im in the sun for a long time.. I did a couple of anti allergic pills but they dont seem to work really. they only provide temporary relief. dont know why this is happening. any suggestions ?

You could be overexposing yourself. Try backing off on the amount of time in the sun. You could also be having a reaction to a medication or product you are using.

You may be one of those people who cannot tolerate very much sun. You say you get this when you stay in the sun for a long time....what is a long time? Do you also burn?

hi shikha, I think we both suffer from getting sunburnt and rashes. Well,for me , As soon as I get the itchy feeling I take Allegra which is an antihistamine. It reduces itching of the skin in those people with chronic itchy skin and causes less drowsiness than most other antihistamines. Maybe this might just help you. The other thing which I apply on is caladryl .. It is cooling for the skin and gives immediate relief.

That means the sun doesn't suit your skin so you should avoid to expose your body in the sun.
