Ask your parents to take you to a nutritionist.
Personal I would not eat that way. There is no protein, I would not drink Gatorade, and the cereal most likely has very little to no value and too much sugar. |

I am glad you like TanTalk but you really need to check with your parents, your coach or, as someone else said, a nutritionist. At your age, it is unwise to eliminate any food groups from your diet because your body is still growing. The diet you suggest is too limited. You would not be getting enough calories and nutrients for the activities you are doing. Although most of us here have some experience with dieting we are not experts. Since we do not know you or your sitation, it would be unwise of us to okay any diet plan for you. This is a critical time in your growth and development and you need the proper fuel to run your body. Good Luck!
