Rep Power: 68 | Noobytanner, 13, diets, where do I begin? I can't do it. I really had some salt of the Earth, bare basics, grand fatherly (I'm a grampy to a one year old boy - Proud to, if you didn't notice) advice to give you. All I can say to you is this: You're a beautiful young woman, sweetheart. Keep doing what you're doing, but remember, your body needs protein and calories right now. Don't deny it those things. You also need iron and calcium. Stay away from sugars like candy and ketchup when you can help it. But mosy importantly, don't forget to be a pretty, fun, young kid until you're at least thirty. Hope this helped. Good luck. - Your Belvedere. |
