hi there i'm 23 i weight 120 and i dont like it i'm usually 105 or 100 pound i rather loose muh 20 pounds thats not alot of weight to loose what a really good diet pill that works i was thinkin bout stackers 2 but theres are some of the diet pills i've got hydroxycut //slim quick// nv rarid weight loss helpppppppppp

Assuming you are a male, at 23 your body is still wanting to put on muscle mass. Try eliminating your simple carb intake like everything that has refined sugars in it. Next, limit your fresh fruit intake to one serving per day. Also limit your starch intake like breads, pasta and white rice.

I lose 5-10 pounds every morning without any fancy diets. It's all in the fiber baby, the fiber.
