Basketball, volleyball and soccer are the only organized team sports left here. they didn't even have football when I was in highschool, ended a couple of years before that.

Same hear. For some reason people think that, FB has too many injuries. However, if you really looked at the injury statistics Soccer is by far a more dangerous sport.

Assuming you are a male, at 23 your body is still wanting to put on muscle mass. Try eliminating your simple carb intake like everything that has refined sugars in it. Next, limit your fresh fruit intake to one serving per day. Also limit your starch intake like breads, pasta and white rice.

I lose 5-10 pounds every morning without any fancy diets. It's all in the fiber baby, the fiber.
