hes 13 put him on the team **** lose 10 measly pounds halfway thru season. also makes me wonder why a 13 kid needs to come to a forum to learn how 2 loose weight. good question to ask a parent.i can only hope my kids come to me with this type of problem then seek advice from strangers

Some people just don't pay attention...First lose weight by not eating you pig,....Second this is a big thick juicy slice of SPAM

you won't lose weight by not eating .....you will for a quick fix but YOU WILL GAIN IT BACK AS SOON AS YOU START TO EAT AGAIN..its called WATCH what you eat and exercise!!!you give some great advice there nutanner!!...healthy..and believe me WE ALL PAY ATTENTION !!!
