I used to work for Curves and it is true that if a man comes in and we turn him away he can sue for discrimination. We were told that you would have to sign him up but it never happened.

I have a Curves next door...I hope they don't add tanning.

Wow! I own a fitness and tanning facility, my equipment is adjustable hydraulics made for men and women. But I only offer the fitness to the women. I am not frachised the advantage no extra fees to pay. I also teach Pilates at no extra cost to memebers and we will so be adding exercise ball classes. I also have have treadmills and recumbent bike for something different. How you much you lose depends on you. If you can find a place with PACE equipment go and try it and let us know what you think.
