OOOh My Achin\' Back - tanTALK

I've gotten sick and coughed so darn hard I have throwm my back out. Motrin 800 and Jose Cuervo haven't helped..anybody have any other suggestions? I am trying to imagine the best stance to clean a tanning bed in my prediciment and the logical answer is to stay home with my head under the covers but there is no rest for the gimpy.

I've had to call in professionals to help me tie shoes. It's a trip to the chiroprator for this chick.

That's what is good about having a massage therapist on the premises... I did something pretty similar and she totally helped me.

My massause came late last night and after 3 Epsom Salt baths later I am almost walking like a person in their 30's not in their 90's. Epsom Salt..who woulda figured Prince Charming knew what he was talking about.

We carry a herbal peppermint milk bath with dead sea and Epsom salts a lot of body builders use it. Love the simple things.
