I think the point is every thing in moderation is key...too much of anything is not healthly....we need to spread the word..possitive Vitamin D articles....

Wow Engfant....what did Texas do to you for you to get that stick shoved so far up your butt about us??? Is it because there's a Texan for President? Does that really just rub you the wrong way that someone from the south is able to run a country??? And yes, our sports teams for the most part are pretty mediocre (Cowboys, Rangers, etc)so I'm not even going to argue with you there, but last I checked Boston JUST won the World Series this past year...before that it was nothing from Boston, so I would not sit so high on that horse lest it should decide to kick your ego-filled self off of it! A little friendly competition never hurt anyone, but belittling someone because of the state they are from???....come on now...grow up. And as far as you NEVER eating fast food because it's not really food....well I commend you for having enough time to be able to cook EVERY single meal that you consume EVERY single day. I myself get busy and just cannot cook every meal....now that surely does not mean I hit up my local McDonald's for my meals, but I will grab a sandwich at Subway or a salad from the salad bar at the grocery store across the street. And YES, Subway is fast food...it's food that you get fast. Granted it is MUCH healthier than fries and a burger at McDonald's, but it's still considered fast food. Anyway...my point...maybe you should take your blinders off and realize that being a biggot about the state someone is from may make you feel better about yourself, but surely won't take you very far in life.
