Rep Power: 0 | I just came across this website and figured I would give it a try and see if anyone has any business advice for me. I'm planning on opening a day spa in the pittsburgh, pa. area and thought I'd reach out for help and see where it gets me. |

Rep Power: 0 | This is a ruff time of the year to open. Good luck What works for me is that I clean the tanning beds for my customers. All the other salons or tanning beds are in beauty shops and they don't have time to clean. This is a plus for me. Also I have a stack of washclothes in each room for whatever. (face) or whatever they need it for. |

Rep Power: 22 | I have a dayspa with my tanning. It is a nice extension of my business and is not as seasonal as tanning. However since I opened another dayspa has opened 3 blocks away. No one ever has any original ideas for business anymore. If they see you do it and think you may be making money, then here comes the competition. |
