Rep Power: 0 | My wife is getting back into the gym. She has access to all types of classes and all the normal cardio and weight equipment. I know the splits that work for me. I know for a fact she doesn't like spending an entire workout on 1 body part. I would appreciate ya'll ideas on classes and training splits that have worked. Thanks |

Rep Power: 21 | I had my personal trainer for 6 months. after i was done with each session i wrote down what we had done so that I would be able to remember what we had done. Now when I go into the gym I have my little book and with knowledge he gave me I can do it on my own. |

Rep Power: 0 | Unless she really wants a lot of muscle mass, I would urge her to go through a circuit training cycle. The main emphasis would be high reps(a lot of muscle burn), little to zero rest between sets, and good technique. The high reps will create a very toned, and well definded look, and the zero rest between sets will cause her to be in a cardio state at all times. She will burn a lot of calories in this workout. If ypou need any more help, feel free to PM me, and we can set something up. Good luck |
