Check out the Arthritis Foundation website at www.arthritis.org. They should have some good resources for you. They also have a Tai chi program that might interest you.

I bought a Pilates machine a couple of years ago and it works great.......as a clothes rack Oops! maybe that is my fault. It is right beside my treadmill and my stepper. I do better if I sign up for a class or membership than if I try to do it at home. I go to curves now.

pilates is awesome for both active and in shape adults and those trying to get in shape especially those with injuries. I was a professional ballerina for years and before every class we would do pilates. I had the best abs with pilates. If you have never tried it, take a class you will be hooked!!!!

I have a Pilates excercise video, and it is great for me because i have fibromyalgia and arthritis in my knees as well...I also find great relief excercising in water.

try Pilates mat exercises using the Fit- Ball. These combined disciplines offer a unique program that adds variety and fun to floor exercises.
