My family is yelling at me because I have lost too much weight...Geez, never thought that would happen! Oh well, stress is alive and well!

Honestly though I am at a stand-still. Have not yet gotten to the gym which I know is the main reason for me not losing anymore weight. Good thing though is I have not gained any weight back. So am happy about that. Planning on starting gym next week and get the rest of these pounds gone. Wnat to buy new clothes but want to buy them in smaller sizes...

I did the stress diet too and it works great! So does breaking up with a boyfriend, if you have one. Now that I own my own salon, here is my diet:
Breakfast: Espresso, Coca-cola, and bottled water - maybe a hunk of cheese.
Lunch: Candy, saltines, or nothing
Dinner: Tacos or Ice Cream
After Work: Ice Cream
Snack: Ice Cream
Hangover: Minestroni Soup w/Tylenol Extra Stength or Valium. Seriously people, minestroni is the best cure for a hangover ever, after pedialyte (but who has that in the fridge?)
Nothing makes me happier to find out that Dairy Queen is open until 1pm by my house.
This diet works for me i guess because I am skinny, but I will die a happy, fat ice-cream eater (with good hair cuz fat makes you have good hair). My boyfriend is on the "Girlfriend's at work, no dinner here, beer sounds good" diet. He better think of something else quick or he will die at his playstation. Hehe.
