Rep Power: 23 | Unfortunately $2000 a month rent and 4 beds won't work. You need to do more research such as getting the exact rent and square footage. You also need to do extensive demographic research. As far as beds go their are about 50 different ways you can go and it all depends on your area, your sq footage, and your capital you have to invest. With a little more info I will try and help |

Rep Power: 23 | The rent seems a little high but with 1200sq feet you should be able to get at least 10 beds. I would recomend 5 entry level 2 mid level 2 top of line VHR beds and 1 high presure. However your mix depends on your area's demographics If your in a higher income area with more disposible income I would go with higher end equipment. Another big factor is your competition and what they currently have. |

Rep Power: 0 | Very useful recommendations. There is an office of Amerisun Inc. here in ATL, and I visited it this afternoon. The person who talked to me was very friendly, and quite helpful. They carry Sun Ergoline tanning systems. And he recommended me to lease the beds, something like $25 monthly for every thousand dollars of worth. What you reckon about that, and does this brand has a good reputations, or even known? |

Rep Power: 0 | uh, i think i was a bit shallow when i thought 4 beds to get started. yes i do agree with you all that 10 beds is probably a better way to get it started.. i should find out some more information tomorrow... and i'll post it. Once again i thank you all for all the feed backs, especially JeffinKC. |
