I of course refuse to ever post on tantoday, under any name, because Bruce has shown over and over again that he is not a professional.Please remove his link of lies because your board is a board trying to be above reproach and his board is the perfect place for crap like that. But I would like to set the record straight out here once and for all on the Davey lawsuit.The lawsuit in NO WAY has ANYTHING to do with Davey competing or taking away "support revenue" from Helios. Most of our former tech employees have violated their non-compete clause and we have never sued them for non-compete. In fact we even work closely with some former employees who are "competing" for technical support revenue.We no longer charge for technical support but instead charge for software maintenance. This is not a "bait and switch" but rather a marketing move since most customers see value in getting there upgrades for FREE and most customers see little value in tech support since they never or rarely need technical support.Our customers will always need to have a software maintenance agreement or to purchase their upgrades so we are not concerned with former employees offering technical support.We believe that individuals like Davey can give more personalized service to a small group of salons owners then we can trying to support 6,000 users. We welcome help anywhere we can get it. Ask Andy from Compubits. He helps people too! He knows we are glad to see other people pitch in and help. Andy too can offer a more personalized service then an institution can.However, we DO NOT tolerate theft of PRODUCT!For some bizarre reason Bruce chooses to ignore the facts. READ THE COMPLAINT BRUCE! I read Vicki's emotional post too and can tell everyone that it is VERY slanted. We don't go around saying anything about Davey that isn't true but can assure everyone that he continually spreads misinformation about me personally, our company and our product.Take some advice Davey and don't crap at the same table that feeds you.And you too Bruce need to take some advice about human nature. There are two kinds of people. Those that run from adversity and those that rise up to adversity and I can assure you Bruce that my 15 years as an entrepreneur suggest that I will only dig in and fight back!So criminal charges will be filed (can't file criminal charges for non-compete now can I Bruce) and Michael I want you to contact me so we can lend you marketing and financial assistance to promote Tantalk.com via direct mail and the trade publications. The facts are the facts and I won't back down.ALL of your negative information is simply not true but you will post them anyway because you have a sick agenda. The lawsuit will STAND as will the crimminal charges that I plan to file tomorrow AM per the advice of my attorney and further motivated by your senseless, unfounded, biased attack on me.You have serious mental problems Bruce. Why do you want to protect someone that has obviously done wrong? Why don't you just read the complaint yourself? Why do you continually try to convince your viewers that it is a non-compete issue? OK, Tony.Let the games begin.Will Helios survive?Will YOU ever be able to go to a tradeshow again, will the online communities crucify your ethics?You must be even dumber than everyone says, I thought otherwise and predicted you would heed survival instincts.Oh, well, If you insist, we will continue to reveal the facts. About this matter and all the rest. You simply would NOT believe the file that has accumulated on your business ethics today. sigh...I had doing this,but I will and do it relentlessly, day by day, issue by issue, deposition, trial, character witnessess, live interviews, and all.
