Collection process for EFT's in Alabama - tanTALK

What are the standard procedures to collect on non-sufficient funds for ACH accounts??The procedures for collecting on bad checks are certified letters, then turn it over to district attorneys office.The DA does not handle ACH accounts.Has anyone tried to collect on EFT,s in AlabamaThanks in advance------------------Tommy Lowery

Tommy,If you are collecting and EFT from a checking account use Helios' option to generate a check. You can then process the check like any other.Michael

Michael,Do you generate checks for all eft's or just the ones you need to collect on????When I generate the check, What about a signature???This is new to me so thanks for the insight.------------------Tommy Lowery
