I give ETS two thumbs up for their ability to respond. I had posted under the lotion section of TanTalk.com about Sandollar Tanning Resorts removing all ETS products from our salons. http://www.tantalk.com/ubb/Forum6/HTML/000009.html Within a few minutes I received a nice introduction letter from their National Sales Manager. He wanted me to call and talk about the problems I have had with ETS in the past.I will call him first part of next week. So far I'm impressed to say the least! We will see what develops.Michael | |

Rep Power: 24 | We had a similar experience when ETS heard we had some problems from them in the past also. Mike Whitley actually flew here to North Dakota and spent the day talking with me and going over what problems we had. He listened to what I had to say, he then explained how the company had been restructured and things had changed. Still a bit shy from hearing this, I said prove it. Well, we are not selling their products again, and I must say their customer service is MUCH better than ever. ETS to me has changed, they do listen...they know who it is that supprorts their business.------------------Take A Trip To The Coast...Palm Coast Tann mike@palmcoasttann.com |
