Rep Power: 0 | new to this Hi all! I recently started working for a fairly large tanning company on the west coast (over 30 locations) after being an on again-off again tanner for the past ten years. I am great with sales and customer relations and my main goal is to move up with this company. I would love to hear more from the vets in this industry what really helped you succeed and what you look for in your employees to keep your business successful. Also if you have any suggestions for where to develop your product knowledge (besides the brand websites). My specific salon location carries DS, AG, CT, SB, and Hempz. I have been reading through many of the old threads but unfortunately there is a huge lack in recent and updated knowledge. xx |

I send my employees to product trainings that are given by New Sunshine and sponsered by distributors. You should contact your distributor for dates of these trainings in your area. |

There is so much knowledge stored here and as new technology develops I'd love to see what some of the big names on here would have to say about it. Maybe one day this forum will be moving again, I can only hope. |
