What's new? What's good? And why?

It's not new, but SunLync is really the industry's gold standard. They have the scale to provide support and updates that smaller players don't.

There is no Gold standard in our industry for software. Sunlync is better in some ways then Helios and visa versa but Helios black mails you with your credit card tokens. That makes Helios a NON-CHOICE

But both platforms are antiquated and in dire need of rewrites.
