The new year is the perfect time to go cashless in your salons. I have been cashless for 10 years now. I know it's counter intuitive to take away cash but its AWESOME to not take cash!

Well if your still taking checks then I am lost for words. I have been cashless for 10 years and you still take checks. WOW!

yep checks why limit the way your clients want to pay. Granted checks make up less than 1% of payments, they still cost less to accept than credit. When that lady that has been a customer for over 10 years wants to write a check no problem.

Cash is a burden, it causes employees to steal. They cant make change, they cant count. Customers get back to much or too little.

Stores with cash can get robbed. Taking cash to the bank is dangerous.
Its safer for staff and customers if you dont have cash present.

It takes employees lots of time to balance their drawers that are always off.

Taking checks is not even worth addressing.

LOL - I'll take it any way i can get it! Going on 10 years this December. Thankful, that my salon is still in business and making PROFIT. Be grateful for cash, checks or credit.
