For those who dont understand what that means is it works like this. Instead of paying xx per kilowatt hr ,you pay delivery charges based on the peak "demand" or kva. Example magic 636 36 kva 200 watt verticle 11 kva Ect So if your beds all running at once, plus ac,ect totaled up to 100 kva The electricity company the charges you about 15 $ per kva as a one time flat rate delivery charge of 1500 $ Even if you closed your salon the next 29 days So in the off season you can reduce electrical cost by not running all the beds at once But ,all it takes is one mistake and it can cost you hundreds of dollars This is for salons running big beds,if you have 5 100 watters, this is of no use So back to the software Set up something in the programming so you can cap the kva in use This could be done by setting a kva value on each bed Then you set the kva limit Say 60 So now if 56 kva is already running and you try to program the magic,it says 56 kva in use please wait 3 minutes for beds 5 and 6 to turn off At that point,it allows the magic to come on. If you are owner operated and are there all the time you can do this with your brain But who is there all the time? Or you have multiple locations This could save a few grand in the off season Then when the season hits you re adjust your settings to allow all beds to run. |

To be able to not lose a paying client when their card gets lost or stolen or just changed by the bank would be invaluable and worth the fee. |

This feature is called Account Updater and it will update expiration dates and follow lost or stolen cards to their new number. VERY important feature. You may already have it and not know it? What software do you use? We have had it since 2011 or 2012? | |
