When a tanner finds a place they like, That's where they stay. Your other salon will have to build their own clients.

Start holding any and all parties/events at the slower location, do Facebook giveaways at the slower location, have a chicken dance day (free tan when a customer does the chicken dance for the staff) this event is also fun for the staff!

You have to drive traffic and create a "happy" environment in the customers subconscious at the slower location.

Tanning is a convenience business, people tan within 3 miles of where they live and the closer the better. getting tanners to drive further for a service is hard to do unless they have no other choice.

There are benefits to multiple locations when selling the initial package or membership but trying to get your tanners to drive further to use another of your salons is no real gain for you. You want to capture the tanner no matter which location they tan at.

You must work harder to market both salons within their radius.
