Rep Power: 20 | Pay Off It has been an interesting season, a lot of unusual weather in many areas but for the most part salons are reporting sales are up over 2014. My question is did the changes you made to your salon for this season pay off for you? Are your sales still strong for this month? |

Rep Power: 20 | Re: Pay Off Actually that is not true, many of the salons on this site state they are up over 2014. Certainly there are going to be salons that are down. That is an indicator that changes must be made in those salons. When you look deeper into salons that are declining it is easy to find the reasons why. I am sorry to hear your numbers are down. maybe think about making a few changes. When numbers are down and you do nothing to change that trend, they wile likely continue to decline. At some point they decline so much that you can't survive. |

For those of you that do not understand the importance of evolving and keeping pace with todays consumer and ability to communicate with those consumers are just making excuses. There is so much that can be done to change circumstances. It is different for every salon. The one thing that is the same is if something is not working, you must try something else. I am only asking if those that made some changes experienced positive change. For those that are just negative towards this industry, well those operators are doomed to not experience what trying to make a difference will bring.

Success does not happen by chance, it comes from the effort to succeed and sometimes that requires change. You disagreeing with me is only because it comes from me. It is ok to not like the messenger but when the message is accurate it can't be denied. I am happy to hear your numbers are up good job.
