I am very sorry that so many of you are not doing well. What are you really doing about it? If you are doing little or nothing to change that trend you can see where that has gotten you. Is there a secret formula for success? No secret, however there is a formula. It does require salon evaluation including your level of effort and identifying things that you are not doing or are doing wrong. I want those operators out there to not be discouraged by the few on these sites that are so negative in there post. I see success in many salons that are not willing to give up on there business. Big chains and small operators alike. I just can't make myself deliver a negative message just because a few here want me to. Lets hear from some of those that are doing well. | |

It is just as important to identify why something did well. |
