Sublet Space? - tanTALK

Does or has anyone sublet space in their salon for other services like nails, massage, acupuncture etc?

Wondering if subletting to other services is worth it. Since tanning is a dying industry try adding or moving in another direction.

Tried it twice........... both times turn in to a pain in the bu..........

(I had a hair salon as well, worked great for me..but I had a very unique setup)

If you rent I'd make sure you're allowed to do it first. Most least forbade you from doing so.

Nail techs............ they tie up your phone, dont show up for appointments, and in the end its all your fault - its your shop

I did massage, but ran into the same issues as Tanu01.

It is now my personal opinion that all massage therapists are batsh$t CRAZY!
